Parents are welcome to observe their child in class. Please do not call out to your child during class; this is distracting to children and instructors. If you need to speak to your child during class or need to pull your child out early, please contact the front desk for assistance. Safety is most important. Parents and children must comply with the following rules:
No one is allowed on the gym floor or equipment unless they are taking a class. This includes parents and siblings. When students are on the gym floor, they must be with their coaches at all times.
No food or drinks allowed on the gym floor or equipment at any time.
All personal belongings must be kept in the cubbies provided in the observation area.
Monthly Auto Payments by “CLUB SYSTEMS”
Peninsula Gymnastics provides an Auto Payment Plan. Tuition is automatically deducted on the 4th of each month from a checking account by Club Systems. Per your month of registration, an annual fee will be automatically deducted from your bank account. There will be a $15 fee for insufficient funds.
Tuition is due by the 5th of each month-quarterly payment. A late fee of $15 will be charged to accounts whose payments are received after the 5th of the first month of each quarter. There will be a $15 fee for returned checks and insufficient funds.
Please make all payment changes in writing by the 25th of the month to be effective before the next billing cycle. Otherwise, you will be billed according to your current payment plan.
Peninsula Gymnastics provides up to one month of vacation while holding the students’ place in their current class without payment. Vacation time is only granted when the office is notified in advance.
Peninsula Gymnastics does not give refunds for any missed classes due to our flexible make-up policy. Make-ups for missed classes must be scheduled, through the office, within 30 days of the missed class. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP FOR CLASS. Please try to attend your regularly scheduled classes so that consistency is maintained. There are NO MAKE-UPS FOR HOLIDAYS AND GYM CLOSURES. Class fees are based on four classes per week and there is no additional charge when a calendar month includes five classes. Therefore, the months that have extra lessons make up for holidays that the gym is closed.
